Thank you very much for your assistance with my order. I wasn't sure exactly what to do with the order due to the fact that it was my first time. The urn that I ordered was just right for me.....I am sure "Sammi" approved also! Those ordering for the first time......I had my urn sent directly to where my cat was cremated. That way when I picked up the urn, my cat's remains had already been placed in it. I didn't have to transfer the remains from one urn to the one that I had ordered. Wendi, in Texas.
