My best friend just taken fron me with no warning

I picked up pearl from a mastiff shelter, she was beaten by a 4x4 piece of wood. They had broken her jaw
and some of her back teeth. From the time I met her face to face I knew she was the one.
We had Lots of good times together, playing with give me that baby to let's run Round and circles.
She didn't have a mean bone in here body although she didn't like other dogs at all.
Everything came crashing down last night. We got home from the movies
around 9.30 and noticed. she had thrown up alittle. I just thought she had a
up set stomach, so we go to bed and I find her dead in the hallway the next
morning. I just took her to the vet a week ago for her check up and all
blool work came back good. The vet said it was some thing called stomch torse,
common in large breeds. I miss her so much, my heart is crushed
