We provide size guidelines on each product page based on the weight of your pet (not their ashes). We rarely have a return or other problem relating to the size of the urn. Generally speaking, every 8 pounds of pet requires 10 cubic inches of inside space, i.e. an 80 pound pet requires an urn with 100 cubic inches of space inside.
