2 days ago Pat and I had to make the most troubling decision for our dear sweet Dog. On Nov 24 2009 Alexak 14 1/2 year old Yorkshire Terrier. Was trully the best fiend that I've ever had and loved ,next to my wife. She had Cushings disease for about 2 1/2 years. and was not expected to live more than a year or so, but with medication we got an extra couple of years, but toward the end she was hospitalized for a few days, but the last night we took her home to be with us again. The next day was the inevitable dreaded day that we wanted to put off, but for her sake we had to put her to sleep to end her suffering, but now our suffering begins. We walk around the house and see the many treats that she has hidden, small bits of bone, toast and other morsels. It make us smile and cry when we see them. But we must not grieve,we must talk about the many happy memories that we will always cherish with our sweet loveable little sweet heart. She was a beautiful addition to our family and will sadly msis forever. Love you to our Dear Alexa, wait for us at the Rainbow Bridge until we meet again so you can jump into our arms and give us those kisses. God be with you and play with all your friends until we meet again in the ever after great beyond. Love you Dick and Pat
